If our products and services collect data about you but you are not our customer (if i.e. you are an employee or contractor of one of our customers, you receive our device via your insurance company, or installed in your vehicle via your finance company or car dealership), you should consult the business that operates our devices to learn about their privacy practices. This Privacy Policy applies only when the purpose and means of processing your personal data are determined by YesYesGPS, meaning when we are a "controller" or "business" as defined by applicable data protection laws. Types of data we collect
Contact details
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Financial information
We collect all details of our financial transaction when you place an order through our website. This may include your bank account number, credit card number and CVV, or debit card details that you provide to pay for our products and services.
Data from your customers' use of our products and services
Your customers' name, home and work address; vehicles year make and models and thier VIN and licence plate number. As well as device names, telematics device indentification numbers, routes and places visited by vehicles. This including computer data from vehicles, to include miles traveled, time spent in transit and idle.
Data from your employees' use of our products and services
Your employees' and contractors' names, phone numbers, email addresses and employers. Your drivers' routes, appointments, and business data entered into our products by your employees, or by users, or collected using our devices. This including computer data from vehicles, to include miles traveled, camera recordings, time spent in transit and idle.
Data that identifies you
Your IP address, login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types, geolocation information, operating system and version.
Data on how you use our website
Your URL clickstrams (the path you take through our site), products/services viewed, page response times, download errors, time spent on our pages, what you interact with on those pages, how often you interact, and other actions.
What about sensitive data?
We collect precise geolocation data (withing 1,750 feet or less) about your vehicles in order to provide our services to you. We do not sell geolocation data or use it for advertising purposes.
We do not collect any other "sensitive data" (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religioius/philosophical beliefs, union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, data about your sex life or orientation, or criminal history) except when we have your specific consent, or when the law requires us to. We ask that you not provide us with sensative data or use our products to process sensative data.
What about children's data?
YesYesGPS is primarily a business-to-business service directed to and intended for use only by those who are 18 or over. We do not target YesYesGPS products and services to children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal data from any person under 13 years old.
How and why we use your data
Data protection laws applicable in some states provide that we can only use your data for certain reasons and when we have a legal basis or your permission to do so. Here are the reasons for which we process your data:
Operating our Products and Services

If you choose to do not provide us with personal data, you can continue to use the website and browse it's pages, but we will not be able to process transactions without personal data.

How long do we store your data?
Following any request to do so, we will promtly delete and stop actively using any personally identifiable information about you or any individual. We may store data that is not personally indentifiable information for longer periods.

Sometimes we may need to share your data with third parties. For example, we submit geolocation data to Google to improve geocoding. We store data on Amazon servers, and have partnerships with SpeedGuage, Inc., Rarestep, inc. (providers of Fleetio), and ServiceTitan, Inc., among others. We may share your data with your insurance carrier, with your permission.
Your data is shared with third parties only when necessary and according to the safeguards and good practices detailed in this Privacy Policy. Third parties' use and processing of your data will be governed by those companies' privacy policies.
Transfers of data
We may transfer your data to one of our data processing locations, located in the United States as well as other contries. If you submit any personal data to us, your submission means that you consent to our transfer of your data outside of your country of residence. If you do not consent, then you do not have permission to use our site, products or services.
